TrueGrain Series Wood-Look Fibre Cement

TrueGrain Series by Fisher Coating is a factory-applied two-tone finishing system used on James Hardie fibre-cement siding, trim and soffit products.

The system is designed to reproduce the depth and variation of finished natural wood while retaining the durability and low-maintenance characteristics of a fibre-cement substrate.

TrueGrain is available on several James Hardie profiles including HardiePlank lap siding, HardieShingle siding, HardiePanel vertical siding, HardieTrim and HardieSoffit panels.

This allows the same wood-look finish family to continue across siding, gables, panels, trims and soffits rather than limiting the material to one accent area.

Fisher currently offers more than ten program colours, ranging from traditional cedar and brown wood tones to lighter and weathered contemporary finishes. Custom colour applications may also be available.

Diamond Exteriors installs wood-look fibre-cement products on custom homes, exterior renovations, multi-family and new-construction projects throughout Kelowna and the Okanagan.

TrueGrain is particularly useful where the design calls for wood warmth but the project would benefit from a non-combustible fibre-cement substrate and reduced ongoing refinishing compared with exposed natural wood.

Current Fisher documentation identifies a 15-year prorated transferable coating warranty. The underlying James Hardie fibre-cement substrate retains its applicable 30-year manufacturer warranty.
