Rather than treating siding, cladding, soffit, gutters and building-envelope work as disconnected services, we look at how the components of the exterior relate to one another across the building.

That can mean replacing fibre-cement siding on an existing home while coordinating architectural metal around an entrance. It can mean completing weather-resistive barrier and rainscreen work before the new facade is installed. On a larger renovation, soffit, fascia, continuous gutters, stucco, masonry or stone may also form part of the same exterior scope.

New construction requires a different workflow but the same exterior focus. Diamond Exteriors works on custom homes, townhomes, condominiums, apartments and other qualifying projects where exterior systems need to be installed around construction sequencing, building readiness and supplied project requirements.

Diamond Exteriors works across Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland, Summerland, Vernon and surrounding qualifying Okanagan project locations.
Residential work includes substantial exterior renovations, siding and cladding replacement, modern facade transformations, custom-home exteriors and new construction.
Our installed exterior systems include fibre-cement siding, architectural metal and custom cladding, soffit and fascia, continuous gutters, stucco, masonry and stone, weather-resistive barriers and rainscreen systems.
Building-envelope work can include DuPont Tyvek certified installation where Tyvek is specified for the project. Diamond Exteriors does not represent itself as the engineer or building-envelope consultant where professional design or investigation is required. Our role is to execute the applicable exterior construction.
For multi-family and strata work, Diamond Exteriors can support larger renovation, replacement and new-construction scopes involving multiple buildings, repeated exterior details and phased work around occupied properties.
Selected commercial, institutional, public-sector, insurance-restoration and wildfire-reconstruction projects are also considered where the exterior scope aligns with Diamond Exteriors' capabilities.
We carry and install continuous gutters as our gutter system and can coordinate them with fascia, soffit and the surrounding facade where those components are included in the project.
