Providing the original project information helps Diamond Exteriors route an existing-customer request to the correct work history.

Please include the property address where Diamond Exteriors completed the work, the original exterior scope if known, the approximate completion date if available, and a clear description of the question or condition you want reviewed.

For example, identify whether the request relates to siding, cladding, soffit, fascia, continuous gutters, building-envelope work or another component of the completed exterior project.

If the concern is limited to a specific area, note the elevation or location such as the front entrance, garage, rear wall, upper storey, gable or roof edge. Photos showing both the affected area and the surrounding exterior can provide useful context.

Warranty questions should reference the original Diamond Exteriors project rather than manufacturer coverage for an unrelated product or installation. Manufacturer warranties and Diamond Exteriors workmanship coverage are separate and may apply differently depending on the product and original project.

Submitting complete project information at the beginning gives Diamond Exteriors a clearer starting point for reviewing the original scope and determining the appropriate next action.
