LP SmartTrim Exterior Trim & Fascia

LP SmartTrim is the trim and fascia component of the LP SmartSide engineered-wood exterior system. It is used around windows, doors, corners, rooflines, columns and siding transitions to create substantial architectural trim details.

SmartTrim can be coordinated with LP SmartSide lap siding and panel siding or incorporated into mixed-material exterior projects. One common application is board-and-batten siding, where engineered-wood panels are combined with SmartTrim battens to create pronounced vertical lines.

The trim system is available in several widths and can be used for corner boards, window surrounds, fascia, band boards and other exterior detailing. Depending on the product and market, trim may be supplied primed or with factory-finished options.

Diamond Exteriors uses LP SmartTrim on exterior renovations, custom homes and new-construction projects throughout Kelowna and the Okanagan, coordinating it with flashing, siding clearances, penetrations and adjacent cladding materials.

Like the broader SmartSide family, LP SmartTrim is currently covered under LP's 5/50-year prorated limited product warranty, subject to applicable installation and maintenance requirements.
