LP SmartSide Engineered-Wood Siding

LP SmartSide is an engineered-wood siding system offering lap siding, vertical panels, shakes, soffit, trim and fascia products for residential and light-commercial exterior applications.

The system is designed to provide the dimensional appearance and workability of wood while using engineered manufacturing and protective treatment technology to improve exterior durability.

LP SmartSide lap siding is available in cedar-textured and smooth-style finishes, while panel and vertical siding can be used for conventional panel designs or modern board-and-batten elevations. Shake siding, Nickel Gap siding, soffit and coordinating trim provide additional design options.

Prefinished ExpertFinish options are also available in a range of factory colours, while other products can be supplied primed for finishing according to the manufacturer's requirements.

Diamond Exteriors installs LP SmartSide throughout Kelowna and the Okanagan for custom homes, renovations and new-construction projects. It can be combined with LP SmartTrim, masonry, metal cladding, soffit systems and other exterior materials to create coordinated multi-material façades.

LP currently backs SmartSide products with its 5/50-year prorated limited warranty, subject to the current manufacturer warranty, installation and maintenance requirements.
