Aluminum soffit creates a clean, low-maintenance finish beneath roof overhangs while supporting the ventilation strategy of the roof and attic assembly.

Diamond Exteriors works with aluminum soffit systems from manufacturers such as Kaycan, Gentek and Royal Building Products. Depending on the system, soffit can be supplied in solid and ventilated configurations and coordinated with matching fascia, siding and exterior trim colours.

Kaycan currently offers aluminum soffit in regular and heavy-gauge options and identifies the product as factory finished so it does not require routine repainting. A wide range of colours is available, although exact colours and profiles vary by product line.

Aluminum soffit works on exterior renovations, custom homes, new construction, multi-family buildings and larger roofline scopes. It can be used for conventional roof overhangs as well as entrances, covered exterior areas and other architectural details.
